Accuracy of Information
Hours, telephone numbers, addresses, fees, portal coverage, and government procedures can change. Record systems also receive new filings and corrections. Reasonable care is used when presenting Moore County information, but no detail is guaranteed to be complete or current. Confirm the procedure and cost with the office before visiting, ordering a copy, or sending payment.
An Arrest Is Not a Conviction
An arrest shows that a person was taken into custody, not that guilt was proved. A prosecutor may decline or change a charge, and a court may dismiss it or enter a different outcome. Texas records can later be corrected, expunged under Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 55A, or restricted by an order of nondisclosure under Government Code Chapter 411. Verify the current disposition with the Moore County clerk or other originating custodian.
